Ground beef is a very popular ingredient for making tasty meals because it is cheaper than other types of meats. Ground beef is not only economical, nutritious, but also easy to prepare. You can use it to make burgers, meatloaf and meatballs.





Ground beef can last quite long if kept frozen in the refrigerator. Regardless, it is recommended that you use it withint 4 months because the quality of the meat tends to drop over time. When cooking ground beef, be sure to use moderate temperature as it will help reduce shrinkage and retain more juices and flavor. Overcooking will only draw out more fat and juices, making the meat dry and less desirable.

1. In a large mixing bowl, break the blue cheese into smaller pieces. After that, add in the ground beef, salt, black pepper, mustard, hot pepper sauce, worcestershire sauce and chives. Combine and mix well.


2. Cover the mixing bowl and put it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.


3. Clean the grill and preheat it on high heat.


4. Carefully press the meat into about 12 patties. Brown both sides.


5. Serve on hamburger buns.
