Crock Pot Beef Meatballs Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
For the sauce:
- 2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup brown sugar
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine and mix well the ground beef, evaporated milk, soup mix and worcestershire sauce.
2. After that, shape the beef into small balls.
3. Broil them 4 inches from broiler for 12 minutes and be sure to turn occasionally to prevent burning.
4. In a skillet, pour in the ketchup, worcestershire sauce and brown sugar. Mix well to make the sauce. Boil the sauce for 10 minutes.
5. Place the beef balls into a crock pot and pour the sauce over them. Cover and let it cook for 6 hours on low heat.
