Instructions:


1. Preheat a large skillet and pour in some vegetable oil. When the oil turned hot, add in the ground beef and onion. Switch to medium heat and cook them for 10 minutes until they are slightly browned. Be sure to drain off any excess fat.


2. Stir in the kidney beans, tomatoes, tomato paste, chili powder, garlic powder and cumin.


3. Bring to a boil and switch to low heat. Let it simmer for 15 minutes.
